CNC Machinist

Your mission

Your role encompasses everything in production.

You will create new NC programs, test and develop machining strategies for robotic milling, and take care of our 3D-printing robots,
You will play an integral role in our manufacturing process, end-to-end from work planning to quality control,
You will work on implementing automated manufacturing solutions and take pride in delivering high-quality products.

Your profile

You have completed training as a CNC machine operator,
You have 3+ years of experience with Siemens Sinumerik, 5-axis machining, and prototype machining,
You have some experience with post processors and 3D printing,
Friends say you've got a can-do, positive mindset,
You're hungry to learn and take some risks, without fear of failure.

SAEKI Robotics is a Swiss startup automating large-scale component manufacturing by integrating robotics, proprietary 3D printing hardware, and technologies and making these processes intelligent and accessible through deep software integration.

Ihre Aufgaben

Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst alle Bereiche der Produktion.

Sie erstellen neue NC-Programme, testen und entwickeln Bearbeitungsstrategien für das Roboterfräsen und kümmern sich um unsere 3D-Druckroboter,
Sie spielen eine wesentliche Rolle in unserem Fertigungsprozess, von der Arbeitsplanung bis zur Qualitätskontrolle,
Sie arbeiten an der Umsetzung automatisierter Fertigungslösungen und sind stolz darauf, qualitativ hochwertige Produkte zu liefern.

Ihr Profil

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der CNC-Technik,
Sie haben 3+ Jahre Erfahrung mit Siemens Sinumerik, 5-Achs-Bearbeitung und Prototypenbearbeitung,
Sie haben erste Kenntnisse mit Postprozessoren und 3D-Druck,
Freunde sagen, dass Sie eine positive Einstellung haben und alles schaffen können,
Sie sind lernbegierig und bereit, Risiken einzugehen, ohne Angst vor dem Scheitern.
